We know that tax and accounts can be confusing, especially when the regulations change so often. Our team is here to put your mind at ease, and it all starts with having a chat about you, your goals and your business to understand how we can best serve you.
Don’t worry about those awkward face-to-face meetings as everything we do, can be done online and at your fingertips. Of course, you’re also welcome at the office, where you’ll be greeted by our beloved Director of Morale, a client favourite.

Brad | Founder
Hey, I’m Brad the founder of Adaptive Accountancy and I’ve been in the accountancy and tax space for 10 years now. So, I know a thing or two. I’m responsible for giving value to our clients and providing a fulfilling place of work for our lovely team.
Outside of the workplace you’ll find me at the local gym, trying to lift weights I shouldn’t be allowed near, playing football for our local 11-a-side team and on long walks with our loved Director of Morale – Quinn.
I usually take the client meetings so I’m sure we’ll see more of each other soon, where we can begin to understand your goals and ambitions and work together to get you there.
Saskia | Senior Accountant
Hi, I’m Saskia the Senior Accountant here at Adaptive. With over 15 years experience in accounts and tax I look after our clients making sure they stay compliant with HMRC, advise of tax planning opportunities and I’m always on hand to offer help and guidance.
With my favourite area of accountancy being tax, I’m currently studying for the Chartered Tax Advisor qualification which I’m really enjoying and once complete will allow me to provide even better value for our clients.
In my free time I’ll either be running, at the gym, gardening or ferrying my two kids around! I also enjoy going out to nice restaurants, trips to the theatre and spending time with my family.
Lucy | Assistant Accountant
Hi, my name is Lucy and I am an Assistant Accountant here at Adaptive Accountancy.
Alongside working with the lovely team, I will be studying my accountancy qualifications in the hopes to gain as much knowledge as I can so that I can provide the best service to our clients.
When I am not at work, I love all things fitness especially running, weight training and functional fitness. Aside from this, I spend most of my time with my family and walking our family dog Stella. I also love to bake (and eat my baking)
Hannah | Client & Office Coordinator
Hello! My name is Hannah, and I am the Client & Office Coordinator here and the newest member of the team. I will be the first person you speak to when you come through the “door” and will make sure your onboarding process is smooth, providing you with excellent customer service along the way.
Outside of work you will generally find me running around after my two young kids. Other than that, I enjoy cooking (and eating of course!), true crime podcasts, and going on adventures with my family. I am very social and will always make time for a cuppa and a chat.
Quinn | Director of Morale
I’m the real boss around here. Contrary to what Brad thinks. Everyone seems to love me and give me treats, and if they don’t I whimper until I get what I deserve.
My role is to cheer up the gang, which I do by letting them pet my head and give me belly rubs. This is the life for me.
Other than that, I guard the door and scare away any postmen/women, and sniff around for hidden treats that have been left unattended.
