1. Initial Client Call
We start by understanding your goals and your business.
It's important that we understand how your business operates and what challenges you face so we can ensure our service addresses what matters most to you. Not a generic accounting service, but a true business partnership.
You'll get practical advice and a clear understanding of the next steps to work with us.
2. Onboarding
Once you sign our direct debit, it will kickstart our onboarding process.
Our onboarding process is simple and straight forward for you and we ensure we leave no stone unturned. We have handy video guides to walk you through every step, but don't worry; they are all quite simple.
We aim to have you up and running as quickly as possible so you can get back to running your business.
3. Bank Connection
Next, we ensure your bank accounts are connected to your accounting software. In many cases we will set up your accounting software for you, but if you already have one, simply invite us! We can show you how.
4. Upload to Dext or Apron
You don't need to keep old receipts in old shoe boxes stored in the loft, we will provide software to upload them electronically. It's a very quick process that frees up space in your home.
We then use those receipts/invoices when preparing your bookkeeping, making sure nothing is missed.
5. Real-Time Bookkeeping
Once your bank is connected and you're using our receipt capturing software, we can review your bookkeeping in real-time.
This allows us to provide you with quarterly tax planning, for both company and personal taxes, alongside your management accounts for decision making.
6. Quarterly Check-Ins
We don’t do accounting just once a year. We believe an accountant is part of your business, giving you advice throguhtout. That's why you'll get video commentary to your accounts every 3 months, highlighting what needs your attention.
This helps you to understand your business in greater detail to enable you to make better decisions.
7. Strategy and Growth
We don't just do your accounting and tax, we look at the bigger picture. Look at your goals and aspirations, and what it takes to achieve them.
The regular accounts and tax estimates allow us to forecast ahead and see if we're on track. We can help you double down on what's going well, and improve what isn't.
